Frequently Asked Questions

1. Do you travel for destination weddings?

Yes, I do. I love capturing stories in new places. Travel fees will be added to cover flights, accommodation, and related expenses. Everything is discussed upfront so there are no surprises.

2. Do you help with planning our engagement session?

Absolutely. I’ll guide you through poses in a natural way so everything feels effortless and true to you. I can also help with location ideas, outfits, and mood boards. I focus on making sure the session flows naturally, while you stay present in the moment.

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

A 50% retainer is required to secure your date and is non-refundable. If you need to cancel, I ask for at least two weeks notice. The remaining balance will not be required after cancellation. Rescheduling is always an option when possible.

4. Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?

All sessions include digital files. I currently do not offer prints or albums, but I’m happy to recommend trusted places where you can get high-quality prints and products.

5. Do you have a recommended videographer?

Yes. My husband and I work together as a photography and videography duo, so if you are interested in adding videography to your session or wedding day, we can absolutely help with that. I photograph, he films, and together we make sure your story feels cohesive, natural, and beautifully captured.

6. Can I request specific poses or shots?

Definitely. I always guide you throughout the session so you feel comfortable and confident, but I also love when clients share ideas, inspiration, or specific shots that feel meaningful to them. My goal is to create images that feel like you, not just posed photos, so we will make space for anything that truly resonates with your story.

7. Can we meet before the our wedding day?

Yes, absolutely. For weddings, we can meet before your wedding day to go over your vision, timeline, important moments, and how you imagine your perfect day. Wedding packages also include a complimentary pre-wedding shoot that you can use for engagement photos, save-the-date photos, or simply as a chance for us to meet, get comfortable, and connect before the big day.

8. How long till I receive the final photos?

Turnaround time depends on the type of session. Family, maternity, and senior sessions are typically delivered within 1 week. Proposals and engagement sessions are usually delivered within 1 to 2 weeks. Wedding galleries are delivered within 30 days. For weddings, you will also receive 15 highlight images within 24 hours so you have a few special moments to enjoy and share right away.
